I don't believe so, and the situation differs a lot depending on whether you're considering key exchange or signatures, and also depending on which protocol you're discussing. I wrote up a description of what I saw as the state of play last year [1], which probably still covers some of the controversial points sufficiently, ([1], page 17) though I'm sure some people would disagree:-) Cheers, S.
