A graph ChatGPT made from some rather gappy and not reliably timed data (1id-abstract.txt over time) I actually do have, below. Interestingly, the 3-per-year periodic peaks now are after the meetings (don’t have that number for IETF-126 yet, of course): 122 2025-03-12: 2237 123 2025-07-26: 2309 ~+70 124 2025-12-10: 2406 ~+100 125 2026-04-22: 2697 ~+290 126 2026-07-07: 3226 ~+530 My suspicion that this number has been trending up lately appears to be more than confirmed.
