I would agree to the root cause issue,  I support a more overt diversity
drive forming a nomcom. I don't think wiring down the questions to
exclusively the list is a good idea, but I would support processes which
provide for more balance in the body deciding who to take forward into
positions/roles.

I think there are two issues on the table. The questions? Less important.
The Nomcom make up? Important.
