All,

We wanted to let the list know that the Moderators team for [email protected]
(described in more detail at [1]) has determined that Lloyd Wood has
engaged in abuse based on his recent message to this list [2]. Due to its
severity we consider this merits a Level 2 response [3]. His posting rights
to the [email protected] mailing list have been restricted for the next 14
days. We encourage everyone to avoid postings that include uncivil
commentary [4].

This thread is regarding a draft that was presented in gendispatch. Its
dispatch outcome was that additional discussion should take place in
[email protected]. Therefore if you wish to continue, please do
so there rather than on [email protected].
