I wasn't sure what to do about the README or the command line flags, but I figured I'd find out if we even want this first. If this could do 90% of the work, that would IMHO be great. The RPC staff would still have to do a grammar and spelling pass but having the bulk of the tedious stuff done first would surely be a win for everybody. Brian
