I don't feel strongly on the issue one way or the other, but I have a
preference for allowing owner-ARABICLIST if possible.  There was
clearly a feeling on the list that owner-idn should be allowed, since
this was the rationale for the infix approach.  If we think owner-idn
is important enough to complicate the design of IMAA for it, it seems
wrong to limit the benefits of the approach to LTR scripts only.
