IDNA do not support all international domain names due to being made
to work using unaware DNS servers and clients.

As the IMAA draft stands today it will not handle all e-mail addresses.

It would be better if we first defined how things like URIs, domain names
and e-mail addresses look like using UCS in the international context.
When that is done, we can look at possible downgrading to ASCII to support
legacy systems.
By starting with encoding into ASCII it is easy to miss ways people expect
a name to be used.
