At the VPIM lunch BOF today we decided that, since both the IMAP
and the VPIM communities have interest in this extension, we will
use the [email protected] mailing list for further discussions.
This eliminates the need for VPIM folks to subscribe to the IMAP
lists, and vice versa. To subscribe:

	echo subscribe | mail [email protected]
