Me too.  I feel I was given ample opportunity to express my opinions
on XML for MsgFmt, and they were heard and seriously considered.  A
rough consensus was reached, and I have no new concerns.  I prefer we
stay with the existing format and focus on issues surrounding
end-to-end security.  Adding security as an afterthought is almost
always a bad idea.
