RE: ietf:params:xml:ns:pidf:im

To my knowledge, 'ns:pidf:im' appears only in 4.3.1, and there only as a
hypothetical example. PIDF does not actually define this extension - it's
just intended to make it easier to understand what an extension would look
like. I guess I had thought the title of 4.3.1 would have made this clear -
but if it's especially obscure, we could add a one liner to that effect at
the start of the section when this doc is on the way to RFC-hood.
