Status of IPO Drafts

Here's a quick update on the status IPO WG drafts. 

The following drafts are presently under IESG review: 

  - draft-ietf-ipo-impairments-03.txt
  - draft-ietf-ipo-framework-02.txt

The following draft will go through WG last call following a final
update from the authors (hopefully right after the Atlanta meeting): 

  - draft-ietf-ipo-carrier-requirements-03.txt
