Yes, and I'd like to add that IPoIB-CM does not imply any change to IPoIB-UD.
The draft takes care of ensuring there is no impact on the existing 
implementations.

I'd posted the draft of -01.txt to the list earlier. I should be able to
update it with Dror's suggestions soon enough. We should be able to move
fast on it from there.
