I've submitted an I-D to [email protected] as an individual one.
It is supposed to appear soon in IETF Announcements ML.

It's name is "Active Traceback Protocol".
Briefly, it describes definition of additional options to itrace in order 
to control Generators' activity.

So, I want to explan this I-D concept and have discussion about it at 
Atlanta meeting if wg will be held.
