I just noticed that this is standards track.  That doesn't make sense to
me.  It could either be BCP or informational. However since it defines
no standard that can be tested for interoperability or advanced (and
since similar documents in other working groups are not typically
standards track), I think we need another status.

However I just talked to another chair (not of krb-wg) and perhaps I'm
confused.
I'll try to figure out what our options are for status.
