Good point.

A quick look at the above I-D tells me it would not be too difficult to 
change draft-ietf-ldapbis-url-08.txt to reference the above I-D (but I 
have not tried to make the required edits, so I am not 100% sure).

The question is whether the LDAPBis documents should reference the 
RFC2396bis draft or continue to reference RFCs 2396 and 2732.  How close 
to "done" is RFC2396bis?
