  *   The front-page author shows D. Wiggins but the datatracker has Stan Ratliffe. Please see other emails for a suggested fix.
  *   Idnits shows the following outdated references – please correct these:

  == Outdated reference: A later version (-11) exists of
     draft-ietf-manet-dlep-traffic-classification-09

  == Outdated reference: A later version (-16) exists of
