Thank you for an easy-to-read document. I have completed my review and only have a couple of nits:


  *   The document is showing D. Wiggins as an author although the title page of the document lists Stan Ratliff. As previously discussed, this is probably due to the email address provided for D. Wiggins. I sent a suggested fix in a previous email so please try to fix this before I move the document forward.
  *   Idnits picks up a couple of outdated references – please fix:

     *   Outdated reference: A later version (-14) exists of draft-ietf-manet-dlep-credit-flow-control-12
     *   Outdated reference: A later version (-11) exists of draft-ietf-manet-dlep-traffic-classification-09
