Hi Authors,

Thanks (especially to the new Editor) for taking care of most of the comments
raised in my previous review
(https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/review-ietf-manet-dlep-credit-flow-control-15-opsdir-early-boucadair-2024-07-24/).

The changes made since -15 are great. I hoped to see more about how to expose
default values/control the configuration parameters out there, but I won't
reiterate these comments:
