There are also three experimental extensions of OSPF intended for operation in MANETs: RFC 5449, RFC 5614 and RFC 5820. I don’t know if there is any activity on those either in the IETF or outside it.

I presume those are now owned by the LSR WG. If this WG (MANET) closes, that might also be the natural place for OLSRv2 maintenance, if that WG wants it. But other MANET work does not obviously fit there.
