Hello Atul,

[CNG] In all cases other than what is specified in Q.1950 you should 
include SDP in the media descriptor if using the text encoding. Q.1950 
uses SDP tunnelling as a "form" of bearer control protocol. The 
tunnelling is used to pass the SDP information (unchanged by the MGC) to 
the remote end. SDP in the media descriptor is under control of the MGC.
