Hi,
I have a question regarding the video I - frame size or bandwidth
negotiation during call establishment.
During call establishment, does the IP client negotiate on the video I -
frame size or bandwidth with the MGC using h.245 messages and if it
happens then how is the MG notified about the same from the MGC.
