With what information element (i.e. property) do you assign the SAPI and TEI to a Stream? [CNG] I think you're trying to solve this at a different level than what it should be. The multiplex descriptor describe the multiplex of terminations used to make up a stream. It doesn't describe what's happening at a stream level itself.
