TURN NONCE

We are trying to understand the Shared Secret Request server behavior. § 7.1
(http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-rosenberg-midcom-turn-04.txt)
says that the server must return a NONCE, but I can't find the definition of
the NONCE attribute.

Is it simply missing? What code should be used (0x0014)?
