My point is that at this time in dmm I can not see any justification
for forming a design team to develop a solution or parts of a
solution.
We already have solutions and it seems like at least one of them is
implemented. I don't think it is reasonable to expect any deployment
now.
In view of this I am unable to see the need for some many items in the
proposed charter.
