Looks OK to me.
 
This means that the Error Code Registry for Error Class = 0x06 (QoS Model Error), as specified in QSPEC Section 7 (IANA Considerations), needs to be changed to allow 8 bits rather than 16 bits.
 
Is this change now decided?
