I'm not sure this should be marked as verified, because i don't think
the section number corresponds to the cited text in question.
I do believe that 5.5.3 could use an update, but the cited "Original
Text" is not present in that section.
RFC 9580 Section 5.5.3 is "Secret Key Packet Formats", and it describes
in several locations the secret key format being algorithm-specific
"multiprecision integers" or "MPIs". However, it never mentions
elliptic curves explicitly in the generic description.
The prior section, 5.5.2 ("Public Key Packet Formats") simply uses the
term "values" to describe the algorithm-specific parts of the key
material, which is generic enough to cover both MPI and non-MPI
representations.
Section 5.5.3 should probably replace the use of "MPI" and related terms
with "values".
