Oops, indeed, apologies!

I did mean to cite the following incorrect/confusing section of text, 
for this errata entry:

 > "Secret MPI values can be encrypted using a passphrase. [..] The 
cipher for encrypting the MPIs is specified in the Secret Key packet."
