It is worth noting explicitly that this draft is effectively “draft-ietf-openpgp-pqc” Part Two, since it contains specifications that were removed from the original draft on the understanding that they would be reintroduced in a subsequent document (this one). I believe therefore that we are already committed to adopt this document unless there is a clear objection (which I am unaware of).
