[openpgp] document status updates

Hi all,

First, apologies for chair-inaction recently, I had a few
other things taking up my time and didn't get to help move
things along here, sorry.

But I guess it'd be good to do that now, so I'd like to
ask the authors/editors of WG documents, or ones you'd
like adopted, to post a quick state-of-play for each
document (they're at [1]) and we can see what's in a
position to move along? (It may help to take a peek at
the minutes from our January interim which are at [2].)
Feel free to do that in a separate thread or as a reply
to this.

After that we can see if we're ready for any WGLCs or
calls for adoption and whether we want another interim
between now and the upcoming IETF in July.
