[openpgp] Status of draft-ietf-openpgp-nist-bp-comp

We want to give a brief report of the status 
of draft-ietf-openpgp-nist-bp-comp:

The itself draft is ready for WGLC from our perspective for quite some 
time now. There are two interoperable implementations of the draft. The 
1st is in RNP and was created mainly by Johannes. The 2nd implementation 
is in Sequoia and comes from Stavros. Neal from Sequoia recently 
announced that they plan to merge the PR once the RFC is published:

There seems to have been some discussion about an inclusion of the new 
algorithms into the interoperability test suite. This hasn't happened 
yet. However, we think this should not be a blocker for WGLC because 
this is a very simple update that merely introduces new combinations 
with ML-KEM and ML-DSA, so interoperability should be sufficiently 
proven by the two existing implementations that are using the same test 
vectors. An interoperability test can still be added in the future 
course of the draft.
