Sounds good! I have started work on a feature branch of go-crypto that can parse and serialise replacementkey subpackets. I can offer it soon (perhaps in the next few days?) as a rudimentary second implementation.

It should then be relatively easy to get hockeypuck’s HKP indexes to display “replaced by” or “replaces” as appropriate. Verifying the identity equivalence binding would add a little extra load to the server but hopefully it won’t be prohibitive.
