FW: TMOC Liaison - Security Management System (TMOC Issue 56)

Some of you may be interested in this.

It is a liaison statement from TMOC to IETF OPS NM AD and to OPSEC WG.

I am already sending a response that their references to the SNMP RFCs
are VEYR VERY outdated. I have not look at this in detail.

Probably best to provide feedback via OPSEC WG.
