Either your question or my interpretation of it seems to be malformed,
because I see several commercially viable (or so one would assume, at
least by appearance) websites reachable via IPv6-only:

anticimex@natalie:~$ dig google.com aaaa +short
2a00:1450:8001::93
anticimex@natalie:~$ dig www.v6.facebook.com aaaa +short
2620:0:1cfe:face:b00c::3

Now add NAT64, and the web should work increasingly fine for an
increasing amount of sites from a host with IPv6-only.

Additionally, there are rumors of CDN(s) becoming IPv6-capable *very*
soon.
