Jonah Help Screens

Hello Everyone

I've just finished building the Jonah RI. After loading the 3 applications
and an initial cursory test, I've noticed that calling up the HELP screens
results in the application locking up and CPU usage jumps to 100%. The
results are the same for the CA, RA, and EE applications. Looking at past
inquires, I've noticed that others have had this problem and the source
seems to be jre.exe. Did something go wrong in the build? Or is this a known
bug (hopefully being worked)? Is there a quick fix available?
