New snapshot of Jonah available

I just sent a new snapshot of Jonah to MIT;  it should be appearing on the web
site soon.

This snapshot provides initial revocation support, and posts CRLs and
certificates to LDAP (if you have an LDAP server configured with the PKIX LDAP
schema).
