RE: Real time applications on LTNs or 2.5/3G networks

Hello Andrei,

Thanks for your response. My impression is that most papers discuss
improving the throughput for downloads with only limited attention to
(percieved) performance of delay during interactive traffic like telnet /
vnc  and other terminal applications.

I would like to know which of the papers you are pointing to focusses on
this issue?
