Bert, I believe that this address all working group comments to date.
As WG chair (my co-chair being busy) I am bringing this individual 
contribution officially to your attention for publication as a proposed 
standard.  While not a working group product, it has been reviewed by the 
working group and extensively reviewed by some working group 
members.  There is rough consensus in favor of this document.

My thanks to all the folks who have participated in this working group, and 
particular thanks to the document authors and extensive reviewers.  John 
Strassner has particularly done a lot of work on many documents and I want 
to take this chance to publicly thank him for his efforts.

With that, Bert, I would like to ask you to officially close the working 
group.  Please keep the email list open if possible.
