I just skimmed it.  It would be worth mentioning that XTND XLST is
obsoleted by the HEADER.FIELDS facility in IMAP4rev1 (RFC 2060).

Also, I'd appreciate it if the document wasn't full justified and
hypenated -- it makes plain text hard to read.  If you're using nroff,
try the ".ad l" and ".hy 0" options.

Note that I still maintain it would be a mistake to publish this spec
prior to the publication of the SMTP AUTH extension.  Hopefully that won't
be too long as SMTP AUTH has completed last call and is awaiting an IESG
ruling.
