Different UAs have different sets of reply options, and ones named similarly often do different things in different UAs. Right now I'm using Kmail, which has: 1. Reply... 2. Reply To All 3. Reply To Author 4. Reply To Mailing List along with various "Forward" options. All options allow editing the set of recipients. Reply To Author is supported by several UAs, and allows replies to the author(s) -- as listed in the original message's header From field -- overriding Reply-To.
