How about:

Content-Type: application/compressed; protocol=gzip;
              uncompressed-type="image/jpeg" (; and all parameters of the
              uncompressed type allowed here)

Content-Type: application/compressed; protocol=gzip;
              uncompressed-type="text/html"; charset=iso-8859-1
