The tool I used is a private copy I got from RFC-Editor.
They do not want to distribute (I promised to not do so) since it has bugs,
and gives false alarms etc. I do use it to help me do some checking,
but sometimes the list of false alarms is too big and I give up.
I did get it to the IETF Tools team, so hopefully they will add something
to the idnits checker at some point (its been a while though, maybe I need
to check with Henrik).

So I checked a few of the references/citations, and theyw ere indeed wrong.
I did not check all of it, but added the long list, so you could try to check.

No need to fix the cases where a citation is not found becuase you have a
"hyphenation" break at the end of a line (I beleiebe [RAQMON-FRAMEWORK] had
a number of those.

p.s. I hope to do one more RAQMON doc to day. and the 3rd one before end of week.
