I do have a proposal for these issues. But I do want to hear feedback
about it. Lets drop the URN like naming scheme and simply use Verbal
names for the different registry. Is anyone really using this in an URN
like fashion?

For Flute it seems unlikely as the registry needed simply is a table
between integers and their corresponding content encoding algorithm with
reference.

What does the WG say about this?
