[saag] RADEXT report for IETF 124

RAGEXT meets on Friday, last session. 

We're going to discuss the remaining post-WGLC issues with 
draft-ietf-radext-radiusdtls-bis "(Datagram) Transport Layer Security ((D)TLS) 
Encryption for RADIUS". Hopefully we'll be able to send it to IESG soon.
draft-ietf-radext-deprecating-radius "Deprecating Insecure Practices in RADIUS" 
will also be discussed.

Several individual drafts will be presented and a new charter
that would allow us to adopt these drafts will be discussed. 
The drafts are:

draft-grayson-5580uncertainty
draft-gundavelli-radepcs
draft-dekok-radext-proxy-load
draft-dekok-protocol-error
draft-yl-radext-quic-transport
