CFRG met twice this week: on Monday and on Thursday. Many existing and proposed documents were discussed. Some highlights: 1) Editors of CPace think that it is done and ready for progression towards RFC. 2) Verifiable Distributed Aggregation Functions (VDAF) is close to RGLC, but suggesting to incorporate some optimizations for range proofs over nonpowers of 2, and converting things into a Lagrange basis to accelerate proofs. 3) The "Pairing-friendly curves" document is being resurrected. Several documents depend on it (including in IETF). We are likely to have an interim meeting in early 2026 to progress it and related documents. 4) Hybrid KEM documents are progressing nicely and are nearly ready for Crypto Panel review. 5) We had an update on a pair of recently adopted drafts on Sigma protocols and Fiat-Shamir. 6) There was an update on Longfellow ZK. 7) We also had a couple of presentations on Hybrid Digital Signatures.
