I largely concur with Richard that it is not productive to try to think about the definition of ZT broadly. draft-liu-saag-zt-problem-statement Section 6 seems to describe some potential pieces of specific work. I would suggest the best way forward would be to write down one or more drafts that describe(s) these problems and why existing protocols are insufficient.
