We are slowly learning that the real McGuffin in Star Trek isn't that the
shipboard computer that can do voice recognition, but that it hasn't filled
the ship with overnight-shipped toilet paper.  And that it knows when it's
being addressed, and when it's not being addressed!

I don't know if DULT will accomplish it's goals, but the problem of recording
or not (audio, video, ...) seems very much related to the problem of tracking or not.
There are multiple parties with conflicting needs/requirements, along with
multiple opportunities for legitimate signals to be spoof or drowned out.

There is no new protocol here for the IETF to develop around "smart" glasses
at this time.  And, even if there were, we have no way to compel the products
to follow the new protocol.
