[saag] Re: NIST

Hello,

Not really specific to SAAG, but besides NIST documents, it would be really nice from the IETF to maintain a cache or archive of non-IETF documents that are cited as references in RFCs (and I would argue even in drafts) to keep them available alongside relevant RFCs in case those external references get lost.

I am not sure where this point should be raised.
