(Sent with permission of the ADs) We recently put out an RFP for a company to conduct a pentest and code review of Datatracker and a pentest and configuration review of our new cloud infrastructure [1]. The winning bidder will be our preferred testing company until the end of 2027 after which we will issue a new RFP. As with most of our RFPs, we aim to have one or two community members participate in the assessment and selection process, partly to bring in extra expertise, partly to ensure we don’t get groupthink and partly for general transparency.
