SCITT met earlier today (Thur 20-Mar-2025).

WG members made good progress working on interoperable implementations at the Hackathon earlier in the week. There are multiple implementations from multiple parties actively tracking the evolution of the developing standard.

The SCITT Architecture draft has mostly minor fixups at this point and we will be starting the WGLC, but will have a somewhat longer set of weeks to cover these last few minor edits. There have been numerous extensive reviews along with numerous contributors to the draft – so the WG believes the draft is in good shape. The access API which realizes the architecture, SCRAPI is also progressing nicely at this point. (See comment about the hackathon.)

Lastly, we reviewed our charter and charter milestones. The milestone updates are simple, but the WG is considering what the additional work is after the SCRAPI document is published. The architecture and SCRAPI build a fairly generic supply chain supply chain transparency statement system. While the original motivator was software supply chain, conversations about how to define policy for specific use cases (e.g. domain names, etc.) are starting to be discussed for what would be in the recharter.
