As the number, and more particularly the number of different 
types, of devices connecting to the Internet increases, credential 
mobility becomes an issue for IETF standardization. This draft 
responds to the credential server framework requirements listed in 
[RFC3157]. It presents a strawman framework and outlines protocols 
for securely available credentials. 
The key words 'MUST', 'MUST NOT', 'REQUIRED', 'SHALL', 'SHALL 
NOT', 'SHOULD', 'SHOULD NOT', 'RECOMMENDED',  'MAY', and 
'OPTIONAL' in this document are to be interpreted as described in 
RFC-2119 [1].
